
The Aerosystems “OpenLine” is a channel through which reporters may submit an alert securely and confidentially, or anonymously where legally permissible. Alerts could relate to our Occurrence Reporting, Code of Ethics, Supplier Requirements, Cybersecurity, policies and standards, or to compliance with applicable laws or regulations.
The OpenLine platform provides a high level of protection of the identity of the reporters against any form of retaliation, such as suspension, demotion, or intimidation, when speaking up on aviation safety and cybersecurity related irregularities that are of relevance for.
Who can report?
An Alert can be submitted by any individual, reporting in their personal capacity, who acquired information on alleged malpractices and irregularities in the field of aviation safety and cybersecurity, including, at least, the following:
- persons having the status of employees and contracted personnel;
- persons working for airports, operators, design, production, or maintenance or (training) organisations;
- persons belonging to the administration or management of an EU member state competent authority;
- any persons working under the supervision and direction of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers;
- persons who report on breaches acquired in a work-based relationship that has since ended.
Aerosystems is committed to full compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to our high standards of ethical and responsible business conduct, as reflected in our Supplier Requirements, Code of Ethics and related policies.
Aerosystems is committed to developing a “Speak Up” Culture where all former or employees, interns, temporary workers, candidates for employment, shareholders and third parties (including but not limited to contractors and their employees, subcontractors, direct or indirect suppliers, and local communities around our and our suppliers’sites) feel comfortable reporting concerns.

The use of the “OpenLine” is entirely optional and voluntary.
The Aerosystems “OpenLine” Reporting Scheme is an online 24/7 Reporting Channel system.
- Unique Channel: Aerosystems has actuated this unique channel (that replaces all reporting digital and paper forms as an alternative integration method) to avoid a lot of reporting channels and methods that could be diffcult to handle and to avoid confusion between channels.
- Description: The Aerosystems OpenLine is a channel through which reporters may submit an alert securely and confidentially, or anonymously where legally permissible.
- Accessibility and Communication: Aerosystems OpenLine channel is easily accessible directly from Aerosystems website homepage.
- Availability: The Aerosystems OpenLine is a channel available 24/7.
- Reports: Reports could relate to company Code of Ethics, Safety (SMS), Aviation Occurrence Reporting, Cybersecurity, Policies and Standards, or to compliance with Applicable Laws or Regulations, information relating to Information Security Incidents and Vulnerabilities and any other concern.
- Privacy and Security: Aerosystems will treat Reporters information confidentially. This means that Reporters data is secured by state-of-the-art technology.

Aerosystems OpenLine does not log IP addresses or machine IDs. Only a limited number of trained professionals have access to Reporters data. If the reporter choose to remain anonymous, the information submitted will not contain information that may reveal reporter’s identity (the Reporter can choose what to report in the provided form). Notice: Aerosystems OpenLine is hosted on secure server and is part of the Aerosystems website. Data Protection: In accordance with European and national data privacy laws, the reporter has the right to access, rectify, or delete its personal data. Ref. Before you submit Your Alert, please ensure that Your information is:
- Relevant and related to civil aviation safety;
- Sufficiently specific, substantiated, and ideally supported by documentary evidence. Please note that unspecified or vague allegations cannot be followed up;
- Complete and comprehensive; do not submit multiple reports as this will hinder the administrative process and the follow-up. Instead, please aim to capture all information in a single comprehensive report.
Feedback about the outcome of investigations.
If the reported matter falls within one of the areas where Aerosystems is the competent authority Aerosystems will conduct the necessary investigation. Upon its conclusion, You will be informed about the outcome to the extent that this is possible without compromising the integrity of Aerosystems’ actions. The duration of the investigation depends on the complexity of the case. Pending Aerosystems’ investigation You will only be contacted in case additional information is required from You.
