Nell’ottica di favorire la collaborazione tra imprese locali e altri attori del territorio del Lago Maggiore, la “Rossi D’Angera” ed “Aerosystems” hanno collaborato anche quest’anno alla realizzazione di una tiratura limitata di GIN promozionale denominato “AEROGIN” con un forte richiamo al vintage, alla vocazione aeronautica dell’azienda ed al territorio in cui opera.
Guidata da Arturo Rossi, erede diretto dei fondatori, e dal figlio Nicola, Rossi d’Angera può vantare una tiratura di 150 mila bottiglie all’anno di altissima qualità suddivise tra grappe, gin, bitter, vermouth, amari e altri liquori.
Da sempre impegnata nella diffusione della cultura del “bere bene”, cioè bere prodotti italiani di qualità, Rossi d’Angera impiega materie prime provenienti dalla provincia di Varese, uve coltivate sui cosiddetti “ronchi”, i terrazzamenti tipici della zona che definiscono l’indicazione geografica tipica locale che prende appunto il nome di IGT Ronchi Varesini e materie prime provenienti dalle zone vocate del Piemonte, (zone di S.S. Belbo, Canelli, Ovada) e Lombardia (zone dell’Oltrepò Pavese e Garda).
Per questo progetto, è stata realizzata una nuova bottiglia ed un’etichetta speciale con una grafica Vintage in stile Vittoriano raffigurante il Logo della Aerosystems e l’eroico Pilota degli albori dell’Aviazione.
La Rossi d’Angera ha iniziato a distillare il gin già 60 anni fa come prodotto da aperitivo, ma è solo in tempi recenti che la storica ricetta di famiglia viene ridefinita da nuove botaniche, dando così origine ad una serie limitata di bottiglie di AEROGIN. Al distillato di cereali si aggiunge il ginepro ed altre 10 botaniche caratteristiche dei boschi delle nostre Prealpi che conferiscono sentori aromatici e speziati di grande eleganza.
Come i migliori gin del mondo, AEROGIN viene distillato utilizzando una ricetta di macerazione brevettata che produce un puro miscuglio di sapori botanici ognuno dei quali funziona magnificamente in un cocktail in stile moderno.

With a view to fostering collaboration between local businesses and other players in the Lake Maggiore area, “Rossi D’Angera” and “Aerosystems” have also collaborated this year in the creation of a limited edition of promotional GIN called “AEROGIN” with a strong reference to vintage, to the aeronautical vocation of the company and to the territory in which it operates.
Led by Arturo Rossi, direct heir of the founders, and by his son Nicola, Rossi d’Angera can boast a circulation of 150,000 bottles a year of the highest quality divided into grappas, gin, bitters, vermouth, bitters and other liqueurs.
Always committed to spreading the culture of “drinking well”, that is drinking quality Italian products, Rossi d’Angera uses raw materials from the province of Varese, grapes grown on the so-called “ronchi”, the typical terraces of the area that define the typical local geographical indication that takes the name of IGT Ronchi Varesini and raw materials from the suitable areas of Piedmont, (areas of S.S. Belbo, Canelli, Ovada) and Lombardy (areas of Oltrepò Pavese and Garda).
For this project, a new bottle and a special label were created with a Vintage Victorian-style graphic depicting the Aerosystems logo and the heroic Pilot from the dawn of Aviation.
Rossi d’Angera started distilling the gin, as an aperitif, 60 years ago, but only recently the historical family recipe has been re-defined with new botanicals, thus giving rise to a limited series of AEROGIN bottles. Juniper berries and 14 botanicals, coming from the pre-Alpine woods, are added to the grain distillate, giving it sophisticated aromatic and spicy hints.
Like the world’s finest gins, AEROGIN is distilled using a proprietary maceration recipe that produces a pure medley of botanical flavor each of which work beautifully in a modern-style cocktail.
